Introduction to OMT & Assessment is designed to teach the identification, assessment and diagnosis of myofunctional disorders and implementation of myofunctional therapy using evidence based practice. Participants will be instructed in treatment strategies appropriate for clients with orofacial myofunctional disorders. Finally, the importance of collaboration with other professionals will be described, as well as instruction relevant to building an interdisciplinary team.
